The Terms That Sit Behind Your Account
Everything you agree to when you open an account sits on this page — how we word our terms, which regions we can serve, and how transfers made...
What Applies Where Local Law Permits
Our terms are written to travel, because what applies to you depends on where you are when you sign in. Where local law permits online play, your account is governed by the wording on this page together with any region-specific text we publish for your market. If you move or travel, we apply the rules of the region you connect from, and
some parts of the lobby may be unavailable to you there. We are not advising you on your own legal position — that is between you and whoever advises you locally. What we control is our side: how your balance is held, how transfers routed through JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay or Raast are handled, and how quickly we tell you when the wording
changes. If a clause here ever clashes with a mandatory local rule, that rule wins and we adjust your account to match.
Service availability is jurisdiction-dependent. Users are responsible for checking local law before access.
Where To Take A Terms Question
You do not have to work a clause out on your own. Our policy desk answers questions about account terms, region limits and how a rule touches your balance, in English, seven days a week. Quote the section heading when you write in and you will get a reply pointing to the exact wording rather than a broad statement about the platform. Both paths are open to any account holder and neither affects your standing.
Live chat
The policy desk runs on chat through the day and into the evening, handling clause questions, region checks and anything about how a rule is applied to your balance.
Send your question with the section heading and we reply in writing, which leaves you a dated answer to keep alongside the terms you accepted at registration.
Help desk page
Short explanations of the clauses we hear about most sit on the help desk and are refreshed whenever the underlying wording is amended.
